We’re hiring internally! Workforce Inc. is looking for a Site Coordinator (Full-time, Permanent). If you have 3+ years of on-site experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for safety and client relations, we want you on our team!
The Site Coordinator maintains all existing client relationships and acts as the field point of contact with all workforce Inc. personnel. Safe project set up, prompt transportation and detailed maintenance of commitments is paramount to the success of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously aware of and in pursuit of opportunities for existing improvements to safety and operations.
- Communicate with clients’ management teams to understand, immediate and future needs.
- Collaborate with the Recruiter and Manager to obtain and achieve responsibilities.
- Provide continuous two-way communication between the field and the office to ensure needs are being met
- Responsible for client, candidate and supplier communications.
- Supervise and coordinate not limited to coach, audit, train and mentor personnel resources pre-deployment, during assignment and post completion
- Travel & support alternate Northern locations with project coordination support.
- Maintain equipment owned and/or rented by the company.
- Work in field roles when required.
- Obtain documents and information from clients and candidates and ensure proper recording and storage.
- Monitor Workforce Inc’s safety practices to ensure compliance with applicable provincial employment, human rights legislation and the OHSA.
- Maintain data integrity of management programs by ensuring accurate information is provided and/or entered.
- Maintain a high-profile presence by continuously fostering positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Qualifications:
- Post secondary diploma/degree in a related discipline or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience on site.
- Background in a safety-conscious environment and industrial contracting preferred.
- Ability to follow spoken and written instructions efficiently.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50-80 lbs regularly throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the OHSA as it pertains to construction and mining
- Analytical skills.

- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Physically fit, able to perform repeat tasks for long hours and possibly work in extreme conditions.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
Schedule:
- 8,10,12-hour shifts
- Day shift / Nightshift – Mon -Fri (On call when required)
- Some Weekend Work when required.
