Full Job Description
Northside Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for automotive marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Develop engaging and compelling content for social media, website, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Manage and grow Northside Auto Group’s social media presence by creating and curating content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring trends.
- Analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, equipment rental, and staffing, to ensure successful events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in analysing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing databases, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Candidate requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
- Experience using CANVA
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software
