Your Role:
- Execute Excellence: Perform top-quality plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for diverse projects, ensuring every job exceeds client expectations.
- Customer Focused: Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring no call-backs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Work Independently: Handle service calls independently, travelling to multiple locations in a day to address a variety of plumbing issues.

- Safety First: Adhere to stringent safety standards and industry regulations.
- Client Interaction: Engage professionally with clients, providing clear, expert explanations of plumbing issues and solutions.
- Detailed Documentation: Maintain precise records of all work performed, materials used, and project details.
- Hands-On Assistance: Be prepared to get out of equipment and help with laboring when needed.
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
What You Bring:
- Journeyman Plumber certification.
- A valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal record check.
- Extensive experience in new renovations, and service plumbing.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and adaptability to various work environments.
- Ability to navigate electronic calendars, make notes, and bill at the door.
- Must have own basic tools.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, sun, humidity, and cold).
