Your Responsibilities:
- Participates with proper areas in the systematic identification, assessment and control of hazard and risks.
- Supports the implementation of the Company HSE procedures, ensuring these are properly issued, imlemented and updated, and prepares periodical reports.
- Analyze statistics, trends, action plans, etc. Proposing corrective actions if needed.
- Participates and supports the development of proper HSE training.
- Participates in the company HSE comitees and meetings.
- Supports and assists Clients and other interested parties, analyzing their requirements and implementing changes, if needed.
- Follows up the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Your Qualifications:
- Relevant technical diploma or degree and previous experience 3-5 years in an industrial, manufacturing environment required.
- Experience in a related Health & Safety role with similar responsibilities an asset.
- Ability to perform failure analysis and provide solution-based idea
- Good knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry an asset
- Safety and Quality minded, detail oriented, with strong follow-up and analytical skills, Boots on the ground personality, interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the company
Schedule & Working Conditions:
- 8hr, Monday – Friday working schedule.
- Work is performed in a steel manufacturing mill.
