We are currently looking to fill a position for a Front Desk Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Accept payment for Invoices and Accounts
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- Record and relay information
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Perform data entry
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform any other duties required or requested for the good of the team and/or the good of the Company.
