Job Description:

Location – Sault Ste. Marie

Schedule – Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Required Skills:

  • Bookkeeping and accounting with Sage
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update sales team calendars and ensure timely reminders.
  • Enter and maintain client and prospect information
  • Generate reports for sales tracking and performance analysis.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Draft internal and client-facing communications, follow-up emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for sales documents.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and liaising with finance or accounting teams.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Follow up with clients for post-sale satisfaction or additional service needs.
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of marketing materials or sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation activities and event planning.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for team performance and KPIs.
  • Track team goals and progress, flagging any variances or areas needing attention.
  • Maintain office supplies relevant to the sales team.
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with materials and logistics.

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration with diploma/certification an asset

Experience with basic bookkeeping and accounting software – Sage – an asset.
