We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to ensure product quality by planning, developing automation, and executing functional and non-functional tests across the delivery lifecycle. They provide guidance on testing strategies, tools, and frameworks, with a strong focus on test automation, agile delivery, continuous integration, risk-based prioritization, and compliance with internal and external standards. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to define precise, testable requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals. They design and maintain automated test solutions, manage test environments and data, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement. Their work contributes to robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions that meet stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Director Technology Product Management, you will be empowered to:
- Plan and execute testing activities aligned with quality goals, manage risks, evaluate all test types, and leverage automation to improve efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain software components and scripts, applying lifecycle practices and automation to deliver secure, well-engineered outcomes.
- Develop and implement test automation frameworks for unit, functional, non-functional, and regression tests, collaborating with teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Create and manage test plans, cases, and environments, prepare test data, execute tests, log defects, analyze results, and produce detailed reports to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Monitor and enhance integration and testing processes, review build tests, improve tools, address non-compliance issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
- Drive test automation and optimization by supporting new technology adoption, selecting non-functional test cases, and developing automated regression test plans for end-to-end system attributes.
- Manage testing standards and risk mitigation through detailed analysis and reporting of test activities, results, and impacts on business operations; provide guidance on user acceptance testing and ensure realistic operational conditions in test environments.
- Collaborate on requirements and quality assurance by eliciting and validating requirements, ensuring traceability, specifying environments and resources, and confirming compliance with security, usability, and accessibility standards.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, information systems or equivalent discipline
- 5+ years within an organization with a complex technology environment.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Agile environments
- At least 5 years with a complete and comprehensive testing life cycle using standard testing tools.
Relevant Skills:
- Create and manage comprehensive test plans for various test types, leveraging test management tools like TestRail and integrations with Jira.
- Develop and execute automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, TestComplete, and frameworks like JUnit/TestNG, Pytest, Mocha/Jest, supported by basic programming skills in Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
- Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices with experience in GitLab CI, Azure DevSecOps, release trains, and automation pipelines, ensuring alignment with SDLC standards and artifacts.
- Perform functional, non-functional, and performance testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, REST-assured, LoadRunner, JMeter, and Locus, along with database testing for SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Collaborate in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), write effective user/system stories with acceptance criteria, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and quality advocacy skills.
