Job Duties
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers
- Coordinate sales orders, production schedules, and customer accounts
- Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, and business correspondence
- Monitor inventory requests and coordinate with production and logistics teams
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Address customer inquiries and resolve account-related concerns
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Assist in planning and improving operational efficiency across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, agriculture business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relations, sales, or business operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
