Job Duties
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers
Coordinate sales orders, production schedules, and customer accounts
Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, and business correspondence
Monitor inventory requests and coordinate with production and logistics teams
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management
Address customer inquiries and resolve account-related concerns
Support marketing and business development initiatives
Maintain accurate account records and documentation
Assist in planning and improving operational efficiency across departments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relations, sales, or business operations
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
