The Opportunity: A Program Developer to lead the new program development process. The incumbent will be required to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the prioritization of new programs and to gather information and data to support decision making. The incumbent will lead the preparation and presentation of all documentation for the approval flow process.

What you need to be successful:

 degree in Business or Education or related

 minimum three years’ experience working in an education setting

 experience developing curriculum and teaching materials  experience leading complex projects through to completion

 PMP certification or post-grad certificate in Project Management is an asset but is not required

 excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

 strong written and verbal communication and ability to write clearly and concisely

 ability to work successfully both independently and in a team setting

 excellent organizational and time-management skills

 MS Office Suite computer proficiency

 strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
