Radiance Physiotherapy is owned and operated by Megan Doyle, PT, DPT. We are an evidence-based and client centered practice. Radiance Physiotherapy opened its doors in October of 2021.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Physiotherapist eager to play a key role in the exciting growth of the clinic. Come and be a part of Sault Ste. Marie’s distinguished and experienced physiotherapy team.


  • Post-secondary degree from an accredited physical therapy program or equivalent education as recognized by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of a graduated student to one (1) years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
  • Strong knowledge and practice of the functions, operations and best practices within Physiotherapy
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality physiotherapy services
  • Demonstrated care and safety of patients prior to, during, and following treatment
  • Demonstrated understanding and record of providing an excellent patient experience
  • Demonstrated professional judgement and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, and their families
  • Innovative critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and make decisions
  • Strong self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management skills
  • A solid track record of maintaining privacy and confidentiality in the workplace
  • Highly developed conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


  • Treatment planning
  • Reviewing recovery
  • Conducting therapeutic exercises with patients
