Northern Credit Union
Reporting to the Director of Virtual Delivery, the Manager of Virtual Delivery will be responsible for assuring teamwork across the True North Hub, executing on reporting, audits, analysis and monitoring Member interaction trends and solution based resolutions. The Manager of Virtual Delivery will also be responsible for effective resource planning to maximize productivity.
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Management and scheduling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Digital platform experience with the ability to learn and adapt to new software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to monitor current operational trends and provide recommended strategies for continuous improvement
