The Manager of Student Wellbeing and Anishinaabe Initiatives will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Student Wellbeing services and Anishinaabe Initiatives within Student Success and Student Wellness. The manager will be responsible for setting departmental priorities, management of human and other resources, and ongoing planning and implementation to meet institutional strategic objectives including but not limited to collaboration with internal departments to improve overall student enrolment, retention and graduation;  community outreach, establishing partnerships and collaborate with other departments to develop, plan, and deliver cross-cultural training initiatives as defined in Algoma’s Special Mission.
