Rupert Acres Limited owns and operates a mobile home park in the District of Algoma. Rupert Acres Ltd. manages a range of property, from residential and multi-family property, to commercial. Beyond the management of different types of properties and business, Rupert Acres Ltd. also owns a substantial amount of real estate both in the area of Sault St Marie.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze and provide suggestions on management operations
Research on more effective and efficient management policies that may help in improving daily operations
Conduct review and assessment of operations in other departments and suggest updates to methods of operation
Conduct regular quality assurance audits for better customer service
Supervise contracted researchers or clerical staff as needed
Listen and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a diligent manner
Onboard new customers and discuss the details of their property management contract
Area of Specialization
Revenue – cost analysis
Corporate development planning
Business methods analysis
A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline is usually required.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Management
Strong computer skills necessary for data entry is mandatory
Good conflict management skills
Ability to excel working in a fast-paced environment
Be a positive and enthusiastic team leader and accountable for your work,
Ability to speak and read English sufficient to converse with the customers and company staff members and management to respond to official inquiries to make entries on reports and records
