The Aircraft Structures Technician Apprentice will work under the supervision of the Aircraft
Structures Technicians and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
±he Aircraft Structures Technician Apprentice shall be r_e_sponsible for, but not limited to, the following QE
tasks
Perform all work assigned in accordance with the instruction and procedures;
Report any defect that is noted in the course of performing maintenance;
Care and custody of tooling and publications assc>ciated with the maintenance function;
Carry out daily structures tasks/duties as assigned by Team Lead/Supervisors;
Complete required documentation in accordance with Springer Aerospace’s Maintenance Policy Manual.
Maintain professional work habits and communicate with employees and customers in a professional manner.
Complete any special projects or other tasks as required or assigned. May be assigned to other areas of operations,
based on business needs or customer requirements.
Work in compliance with all Administrative, Health, and Safety policies and procedures as per legislative requirements
and as outlined in Company policies.
Requirements
• Work experience in a related field an asset;
- Must be able to work shiftwork and overtime;
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as, climb, kneel and crawl frequently in tight spaces;
